(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On the 1st of August 2013 at approx. 7:30pm, officers stopped a blue e-bike at the intersection of 2nd Dug Hill road and Highway 33 in Murray Ward. After a brief investigation the driver, 65 year old Thomas EGGLETON of Trenton, was charged with impaired operation of a motorized vehicle and over 80mgs. Eggleton was released on a promise to appear with a court date later in August.
