(Toronto, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide warrant as a result of their Breach of Parole.
Thomas Campbell is described as an Aboriginal male, 55 years of age, 5’8” (173cm), 150lbs (068kg). He has a scar on his left hand and right wrist. He also has a tattoo of a Wizard on his right upper arm, an Eagle on his right forearm, and a Skull on his left forearm.
He is serving a 6 year, 2 month sentence for Break & Enter, Theft over $5,000 and Theft under $5,000.
The offender is known to frequent Kingston and the Greater Toronto Area.
