(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) On Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at approximately 12:50 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an attempted break-in to a residence on Southgate Sideroad 49, in the Township of Southgate.
The attempted break-in was thwarted by the resident who confronted the culprit after he had observed the man’s fingers break through a screen door.
Two male suspects, both wearing plaid hoodies, fled the scene in a blue car northbound on Southgate Sideroad 49.
