(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On July 21st, 2015 at approximately 9:40 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report that 2 females were currently stealing merchandise from a business at the Stone Bridge Centre. Upon arrival by Police these two individual were attempting to evade apprehension but were quickly arrested by Police and store security.
A further investigation by Police into these two individuals revealed that this was not the first time they had stolen from this business. In addition one of them was selling the property they stole on line.
Charged with three counts of “Theft under $5000” are Bobbie-Jo L. HUTCHINSON 24 years of age from Springwater Twp. and a 17 year old female from Tiny Twp. In addition Police have charged the adult accused with “Trafficking in Stolen Goods Under $5000” and the 17 year old with “Fail to Comply with Probation Order”.
