Barrie Police responded to a south end business to assist store security with a shoplifter. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was presently on probation for Robbery. He was subsequently arrested for Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation. The suspect was lodged in cells pending a morning bail hearing.
