On October 1, 2014, Detectives from the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Branch executed a search warrant at a residence in Elmira in connection to an internal theft from the Wilfred Laurier University Bookstore. Police recovered a large quantity of cash along with other evidence. Breanna FLYNN (34 years) of Elmira has been charged with Theft Over $5000.
