(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) -Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a theft complaint from L&M Food Mart in Harriston. An unknown person(s) stole eleven white 20 lbs propane cylinders from a locked storage cage in front of the building. The thefts took place sometime between January 25, 6:00 p.m. and January 26 8:00 a.m.
