Officers investigating an abandoned vehicle on River Rd near Arnprior at 4:30am on August 7 discovered the truck had been stolen in Arnprior earlier in the evening, but a dirt bike in the back of the truck was missing. The owner advised the vehicle was parked, unlocked with the keys in it on Third Ave in Arnprior. Taken from the back of the truck was a 1992 Yamaha YZ 250 dirt bike. Provincial Constable Jodi Burns is investigating.
