Theft of Boat and Motor

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On the 8th of August 2013, OPP officers attended a Rosebush Road address for a report of a theft of a boat, motor and chainsaw. The home owner reported that sometime over the past week, unknown person(s) removed a 14 foot Sea King boat, green in color, with steering drive. The motor attached to the boat is a 50 horsepower blue evinrude outboard. The boat was sitting on an un-plated boat trailer. The total value is approx. $1300. Also missing from the home-owners property is a newer mid-size 53cc Husqvarna chainsaw, orange in color with a value of approx. $700.
