(North Bay, ON) – On October 13, 2014, North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was informed of a theft of a 2001 red Honda Forman 450, from the property of a residence on Spruce Drive, Phelps Township. The theft occurred sometime in the last two months.
