(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH)- On Monday April 21st, 2014, at approximately 11:49 a.m., and Officer Nottawasaga OPP came across a female who was being accused by a store owner regarding a theft from a Victoria Street West Convenience store.
Police continued the investigation and charged 38 year old Town of New Tecumseth resident, Tonia GILES. She is charged with Possession of a Controlled substance x 4, one count of Theft Under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
She will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on May 14, 2014.
