Theft From Vehicle – Mary TOMS Arrested

(THAMESFORD, ON.) – On Tuesday September 6, 2016 at approximately 2:53 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Oxford Detachment responded to a report of a suspicious person on a residential property on Sloan Drive, Thamesford, in Zorra Township.

OPP attended the area and located fresh bicycle tracks on the grass leading away from the residence. A female suspect was located on Stanley Street and was arrested and charged. Property seized from the female was linked to a theft from a vehicle overnight on Seldon Street.

Mary TOMS, 46-years-old of Zorra Township is charged with the following:

Possession of Property Obtained By Crime –Under $5,000

Possession of Break In Instruments

Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The female accused was held for a bail hearing.
