On the 3rd of August, shortly after 500am, a 29 year old male, decided to remove a BBQ from the fenced area of the Royal Canadian Legion on William St in Chatham. The Police were notified by an observant citizen, and located and arrested the male party, who was still pushing the BBQ down William Street. The male was also found to be in contravention of several court imposed conditions, and as a result, was also charged with those infractions. Party remanded into custody with future court date.
