Terry FALLIS – Drunk Driving

(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Tuesday December 24th 2013, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) check on Bridge Street East in the Town of Bancroft. A male driver at the R.I.D.E. check failed a roadside screening test. He was arrested and transported to an OPP detachment.

58 year old Terry FALLIS of Carlow-Mayo Township, Ontario has been charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. Mr. FALLIS was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on the 11th of February 2014.
