(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call at a residence on Main Street Paris in the County of Brant regarding damage to a vehicle on December 20, 2016 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
OPP investigators attended and found that a red 2005 Chevrolet Impala had been struck and damaged after an altercation between 2 parties.
Police have charged 57-year-old Terrence MASON of the County of Brant with Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charge.
