(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a driver along with their passengers after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Main Street South, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 22, 2016, at approximately 12:45 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Main Street South, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 49-year-old Terrance Steven SPIELMACHER of Norfolk County, Ontario with three (3) counts of driving while under suspension.
Two (2) passengers were located in the vehicle and were also charged by the investigating officer.
Charged with adult passenger-fail to occupy position with seatbelt is 21-year-old Mikayla Dawn MCINTYRE of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with adult passenger-fail to occupy position with seatbelt is 45-year-old Sean James DOODY of Norfolk County, Ontario.
The driver is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe to answer to the charges.
Both passengers were issued Provincial Offence Notices.
