Police received a report of a suspected drinking driver on May 21st. Police stopped the vehicle near the intersection of Victoria and Minnie Streets. The female driver of the vehicle appeared to have been drinking and police read her the Approved Screening Device Demand. The woman refused to provide a sample of her breath for analysis. 37 year old Kim Noble of Teeswater is charged with refusing to provide a sample of her breath.
