(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On February 25, 2016, at approximately 5:49 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information that two male youths were observed entering an abandoned house located at the corner of Toronto Sydenham Street and McNab Street in the village of Chatsworth, in the Township of Chatsworth.
As police approached the house, the suspects were observed running away from the property but were quickly apprehended by police.
The suspects, both of whom are 15 years of age and live in Chatsworth, were charged with “Enter Premises when Entry Prohibited” under the Trespass to Property Act (TPA).
They are scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on April 5, 2016.
