(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged an 18-year-old male and 19-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Queensway West, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, March 27, 2016 at approximately 9:34 p.m., police were conducting patrols and observed a male running from the rear of the TSC store.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that two (2) males attended the address and gained access to a secure area located on the property.
Officers arrived on scene and observed a male fleeing from the area into the wooded area located nearby. Officers subsequently located both males who were taken into custody without incident.
Charged with break and enter, is 18-year-old Cameron BENNING of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with break and enter, is 19-year-old Matthew Michael PAWLAK of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
