(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment were contacted by an alert citizen after noticing two suspicious youths at an Owen Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, ON, address.
On Friday, August 16, 2013 at approximately 9:17 p.m., an alert citizen observed two suspicious males that were last seen walking away from the rear of a motor vehicle. The youths were subsequently located by police.
Through investigation, police arrested and charged two 15 year old males
The first 15 year old male was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.
The second 15 year male was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, Possession of Marihuana and person under 19 having liquor.
Both youths cannot be identified as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Both will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
