Teens Charged For Collingwood Break And Enters

(COLLINGWOOD, ON.) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged 4 individuals in relation to 3 separate break and enters to a business in Collingwood.

The first two break and enters took place overnight from Thursday to Friday and again overnight from Friday to Saturday last week where suspects gained entry into the Huronia Auto Wreckers’ locked compound. Once inside they proceeded to cause mischief to vehicles parked in the lot and left the scene prior to being reported.

On Saturday the 18th of July 2015 at 3:00pm, police were dispatched in regards to two males that were observed gaining access Huronia Auto Wreckers’ locked compound. Police arrived on scene and subsequently located 4 persons in the area who were arrested and transported to Collingwood detachment for processing.

Police have now charged an 18 year-old, a 19 year-old, a 17 year-old and a 15 year-old with various offences related to the incidents.
