(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH) – On September 24th, 2015, members of the Ontario Provincial Police, Nottawasaga Detachment Street Crime Unit, arrested a 16 year old male in relation to a rash of vehicle break-ins. These vehicle break-ins occurred in the Alliston and Tottenham areas in August 2015.
The male person, a resident of Adjala-Tosorontio, is charged with 5 counts of Theft from Motor Vehicle, 10 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Trespassing by Night, Trafficking Cocaine, Trafficking Marihuana and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking. The male party was released on bail and has a Court appearance set for October.
Investigation is continuing with more arrests expected.
