(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, December 27, 2014 at approximately 10:41 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break-in to a residence on Grey Road 3 in the Township of Chatsworth.
Sometime between 11:00 p.m. on Friday, December 26th, and 8:00 a.m. on December 27th, unknown person(s) entered an insecure residence on Grey Road 3 while the occupants were asleep.
An HP laptop computer, serial number 5CD3114YGZ valued at $1100, was taken. Two ladies purses, a tan coloured “Rossetti†handbag and a royal blue “Roxy†handbag, containing health cards, SIN cards, credit cards, car keys, cash and other miscellaneous items were also stolen.
Residents are reminded to always lock the doors to their homes and their vehicles.
