Taxi Window Smashed In Harriston By Unknown Projectile

(MINTO TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 2, 2015 at approximately 4:08 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a taxi cab had its window shattered while driving on Elora Street South in Harriston, Minto Township.

The complainant advised police that she was travelling northbound on Elora Street, just south of town when she heard a loud bang and then her passenger side rear window smashed.

It is unknown what suspects used to break the window ie. rock, BB gun, etc.

Estimated damage is $600.
