Tara LONDON – Over 80

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 10, 2015 at approximately 12:12 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a traffic investigation involving a vehicle that needed to be removed from Gore Road near Shellard Road in Puslinch Township.

A female driver arrived at the scene to remove the vehicle involved and while speaking with her a strong odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected on her breath. A Roadside Screening Device test was conducted which resulted in a fail.

The 90-day Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Tara LONDON age 42 of Freelton has been charged with Over 80 MGS contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She will appear in Guelph Criminal court on July 21, 2015 to answer to the charge.
