(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to investigate the two vehicle head-on collision that occurred on Perth Road 113 (Embro Road), Sunday evening July 20, 2014.
The crash involved a south bound Pontiac Grand Am with three Municipality of West Perth residents. This vehicle crossed over into the north bound lane and collided head-on with a north bound full sized Chevrolet van carrying a Municipality of West Perth family of seven.
The driver of the south bound Pontiac Grand Am, Tammy-Lynn DINGMAN (42) of the Municipality of West Perth, faces the following Criminal Code of Canada offences; “breath sample: not provided upon demandâ€Â, “impaired driving causing bodily harmâ€Â, and “dangerous operation causing bodily harmâ€Â. She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on September 08, 2014 to answer to these charges. In addition she was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
