(Hawkesbury, ON) On the 27th of December 2013, at approximately 01:16 a.m., Constable Lecuyer and Constable Hahn from the Hawkesbury OPP were on patrol on Le Chenail Blvd in Hawkesbury, when they stopped a vehicle.
The investigation revealed that the driver, of the involved vehicle, was under the influence of alcohol.
Sylvie ALEXANDRE (33 yrs) of Brownsburg-Chatham, Quebec was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada for the following:
253(1)(b) Adult driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in blood
She was later released and will appear in court on January 8th, 2014 in L’Orignal.
