(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron OPP members are investigating a theft of tools and electronics from a SUV that was broken into overnight on March 13, 2012. The vehicle was parked on George Street in Seaforth. The theft is believed to have taken place sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. The thieves entered the locked vehicle by prying the rear tailgate. The following items were stolen:
Two 12†Alpine Type X Sub Woofers mounted in a box
A silver, 2000 watt Alpine car amplifier, model MRP-M2000
A white 64 GB Apple Ipod touch
Two Dewalt cordless drills with charges and batteries
The total value of the stolen items is believed to be approximately $2600.
