(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested a 49 year old male after police attended a Nelson Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at approximately 6:15 p.m., police attended an address when a suspicious male was observed in the rear yard of the residence.
Through the course of investigation, police arrested a 49 year old male.
Charged with Production of Marihuana is 49 year old Stephen Douglas RICHARDS of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
