Suspicious male

On April 8, 2014, the Guelph Police investigated the report of a suspicious male. It is alleged that at 3:30 p.m., the male began closely following a 17-year-old female on Paisley Road near Alma Street. The male continued to follow her from Paisley to Silvercreek Parkway where he then began talking to her in an inappropriate way. The female immediately ran off and the male began to walk back down Silvercreek towards Paisley.

The male is described as mid 40’s, brown skin; short black/grey hair, 5’8-5’10 and skinny. Wearing a dirty red hoodie, jeans and walking with a limp. He also has a thick, possibly East Indian accent.
