(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment and the Office of the Fire Marshal are investigating a suspicious fire at an Ojibway Road, Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation, ON address.
On Thursday March 26th, 2015 at approximately 10:39 pm Haldimand County Fire Department responded to a fire at an unattended residence. The fire was extinguished but not before excessive damage was done to the home.
No persons were injured during the fire.
Due to the fire and damage the Office of the Fire Marshal and OPP are investigating to determine a cause which appears to be suspicious in nature.
