(TOWN OF PERTH, ON) – Officers from the Crime Unit of Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), supported by East Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), East Region Forensic Identification Services Unit (FIS), and Detectives from the Regional Support Team (RST), under the supervision of Detective Inspector Dan Nadeau of the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), continue to investigate a homicide in the Town of Perth.
The OPP commenced the investigation into the death of a forty five year old man after responding to a call to the Last Duel Camp Ground at 4:12 a.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2016.
An autopsy is to be conducted on Monday, August 9, 2016.
