On September 30, 2014 at 9:47 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a residence located at 1541 Gordon Street South. The responding officers located a deceased 61-year-old female inside. The circumstances surrounding the death appear to be suspicious in nature. The attending corner has ordered a post mortem examination in Hamilton, which will take place on Wednesday October 1, 2014.
This investigation is ongoing, and at this time no further information will be released to protect the integrity of the investigation. We will continue to update as the investigation progresses.
