Vehicle Seized and Licence Suspended for 7 days
(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) â Members of the Peterborough County Detahcment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 160km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 last night just before 8:00pm.
During the investigation officers located drugs inside the vehicle and the driver gave a false name. Kevin Michael Andrew FENN (age 25) of Peterborough, ON was arrested and charged with:
Stunt driving in relation to excessive speed
Obstructing a police officer
Driving while under suspension
Possession of a controlled substance
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial court on October 01, 2015.
