(CHAPLEAU, ON) – On Saturday February 27, 2016 at approximately 5:20 pm members of the Superior East Chapleau Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint within the community of Chapleau Ontario. Officers were informed of two suspended drivers driving around.
As a result of police investigation Paul Gallant (26) of Chapleau Ontario and Destanie Macleod (19) of Chapleau Ontario were charged with the following offence;
Adult Driving while under suspension contrary to section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Both drivers were issued Summonses for April court date in Chapleau Ontario to answer to the charge.
