(Hawkesbury, ON) On January 28th 2014, in the Town of Hawkesbury, while on patrol on McGill Street, OPP Constable Leslie Hahn observed a 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue being driven by a suspended driver.
The vehicle was consequently intercepted for investigation.
The investigation confirmed the officer’s suspicion where it was found that the driver was indeed suspended.
Jeffrey Paul Joseph OUIMET (34 yrs) of Hawkesbury, was charged with section 53(1) of the Ontario Highway Traffic Act for Driving while under suspension.
He is scheduled to appear at the L’Orignal Court on March 6th at 9am.
