(Cavan Monaghan Twp.) On March 9th, 2016 at approximately 2:40am, Peterborough County OPP Officers were on routine patrol on Highway 115, Officers observed a motor vehicle traveling above the posted 100km/h speed limit. The vehicle was subsequently stopped. Investigation determined the following:
Charged is: Mohammed DILDHAR, age- 23 years of Peterborough, Ontario
Sec 128 Highway Traffic Act – Speeding 133km/h In A Posted 80km/h Zone”
Sec 53(1) Highway Traffic Act – ” Drive While Under Suspension”
Mr. Dildhar is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on May 19th
