(Douro Dummer Township, ON) – On August 20, 2014, at approximately 10:11 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a driver of a motor vehicle on Highway 28.
An officer observed a Dodge Avenger being operated in an erratic manner and stopped the vehicle to investigate the driver. As a result of the investigation, 57 year old Susan BOTTOMLEY of Cavan Monaghan was charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in her Blood.
BOTTOMLEY was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on October 2, 2014
