(Brudenell, Lyndoch, Raglan Township, ON) On October 12, 2013 at 11:30pm Provincial Constable Jordan Bullis was conducting a RIDE program on Palmer Road.
A 2013 Toyota Tacoma entered the RIDE and further investigation resulted in Justin Luckovitch, 23 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township and Jason Pilgrim, 21 years of age of Brudenell, Lyndoch Raglan Township were charged with
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance-Cannabis Marihuana – over 30 grams
CDSA 5(2) Poss of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking -over 3 kg
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule I Substance- Other Drugs
CDSA 7(1) Produce a Schedule II substance – (cannabis marihuana)
LUCKOVITCH and PILGRIM are scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on December 4, 2013.
