(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 22-year-old male after police investigated an incident at an Orchard Avenue, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at approximately 8:50 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned resident reporting a threat.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that two males engaged in a conversation and as a result police were contacted.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 22-year-old James Mitchell SULLIVAN of Norfolk County, Ontario with uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
