(PEMBROKE, ON) – On May 04, 2016 members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the OPP’s Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Tactical Response Unit (TRU) and Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit (PWEU) executed a Criminal Code (CC) search warrant and a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant in the City of Pembroke.
As a result 27 year old Donald Wesley SULLIVAN of Renfrew was arrested and is facing the following CDSA and CC charges:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Marihuana
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order – Replica Firearms 2 counts
Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
He was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on May 10, 2016.
