(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On February 19, 2017, at approximately 8:23 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2004 Pontiac Montana van for speeding northbound on Grey Rd. 14 near Hopeville in the Township of Southgate.
