(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On January 31, 2015 at approximately 1:14 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on patrol, observed a pickup truck travelling southbound on Tillson Avenue turning east onto Simcoe Street in Tillsonburg.
Police observed the vehicle to be squealing its tires and spin out of control.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 26 year old David WOLF of Tillsonburg under the Highway Traffic Act with the following:
Race a motor vehicle
Dirty/Obstruct plate
The male was summonsed to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 19, 2015.
