(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Friday, November 28, 2014 at approximately 2:28 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a structure fire on Concession 2 in the Township of Chatsworth.
The Chatsworth Fire Department, with the assistance of the Grey Highlands Fire Department, extinguished the fire, which was not deemed to be suspicious.
The structure, an old, wood frame, 1 1/2 storey farm house, was destroyed. The residence had not been occupied. There were no injuries reported.
The Chatsworth Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
