(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On Thursday, March 10, 2016, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement London Unit, Emergency Response Team, and Oxford County OPP members, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Rolph Street in Tillsonburg.
As a result of the investigation, one male suspect was arrested; a quantity of pills was seized including – Hydromorphone and Morphine.
39-year old Richard STRATHDEE of Tillsonburg was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following:
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Hydromorphone Contin (Two Counts)
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking –Morphine
The accused appeared for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
