On Friday, January 16, 2015 at approximately 6 p.m., police responded to a residence Strasburg Road near Block Line Road in the city of Kitchener. A 13 year old girl reported that while she was walking home, she saw four males inside an older four door grey sedan parked opposite her residence. As she got closer, the driver spoke with a Spanish accent telling her to come over.

She ignored the male and continued to walk home. The driver exited the vehicle and walked eastbound down Strasburg Road. He is described as Hispanic in his 20’s wearing a black coat, dark jeans with black hair and then build, shorter than 5’11”. The front passenger of the vehicle moved to the driver’s seat and drove the vehicle following the male. The female continued to walk to her residence and notified WRPS. No licence was obtainable and no further description of the male parties inside the vehicle is available.
