(North Dundas) – On May 4, 2016 at approximately 9:55pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Old Carriage Lane, North Dundas Township. The vehicle was located and a quantity of suspected marihuana was seized from the male driver.
Matthew RACICOT (36) of Ottawa, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance – Under 30 Grams
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on June 7, 2016.
(North Stormont) – On May 5, 2016 at approximately 9:17pm, an SD&G OPP officer intercepted a vehicle on Highway 138, North Stormont Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of quantities of suspected marihuana and cannabis resin.
The adult male driver, Steve GAGNON (40) of Gatineau, Quebec was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on June 21, 2016.
BREAK, ENTER AND THEFT
(South Dundas) – Overnight (May 3-4, 2016) a commercial property (Hydro One) located on Flagg Road, South Dundas Township was entered. A trailer on the property was targeted where assorted hand and power tools were removed.
An investigation continues.
