(North Dundas) – On June 4, 2016 at approximately 10:01am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a disturbance on Victoria Street, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation between two (2) adult males ensued following a traffic complaint, resulting in one male assaulting the other.
Kevin GUTHRIE (30) of North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Assault
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order
– Careless Driving (Highway Traffic Act)
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on July 5, 2016.
DRIVE DISQUALIFIED
(Cornwall) – On June 8, 2016 at approximately 2:44pm, an SD&G OPP officer intercepted a vehicle in the City of Cornwall. A check of the male driver revealed his driving privileges were disqualified from a previous incident.
Randell DELORMIER (48) of Akwesasne, NY was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving While Disqualified
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on July 5, 2016.
