(South Glengarry) – On November 8, 2016 at approximately 12:52am, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer intercepted a vehicle on County Road 34, South Glengarry Township. The stop indicated that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Reginald DUDLEY (64) of North Glengarry Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Drive Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired
– Drive Motor Vehicle With More Than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on December 7, 2016.
BREAK-IN/THEFT
(North Dundas) – On November 7, 2016 at approximately 10:09am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a break-in and theft at a residence on Gladstone Street, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that a female had entered the home and stole food items. Upon her arrest, she threatened an officer.
The 18-year-old female from South Dundas Township is charged with;
– Break and Enter
– Theft Under $5000
– Utter Threats
– Fail to Comply with Sentence (4 counts – Youth Criminal Justice Act)
She was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall. Her name is being withheld as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
