(South Dundas) – On February 9, 2016 at approximately 7:21pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a property on Shannette Street, South Dundas Township after receiving information of an adult male was in contravention of a conditions imposed (reside at specified residence) from a previous incident.
Dolph ROBINSON (22) of Athens, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
BREAK-IN/THEFT
(South Stormont) – On February 9, 2016 between 4:45-6:15pm, a residence on North Branch Road, South Stormont Township was forcibly entered. Once inside, culprit(s) removed a quantity of assorted jewellery and coins.
An investigation continues.
